UK and NI

Orders will be sent using Royal Mail First Class, This is charged at a standard fee of £3.95.

Special Delivery is an option for next day delivery (excluding weekends) for a premium of £6.95, Your order is guaranteed next day before 1pm and can be tracked.

Orders made Monday - Friday before 3pm are dispatched on the same day.

Orders made after 3pm and at weekends and bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

Stock Availability may delay some deliveries.

European

Delivery cost is a standard fee of £5.95 for all orders, these will be sent using Royal Mail International Signed for, this service will require a signature and can be tracked.

We aim to get your order to you within 3-5 Working Days

Worldwide (Excluding UK and European)

Returns & Replacements

You have 14 days working days from receiving your goods to return your order, We kindly ask for your order to be returned to us in brand new condition before a refund is made.

If for any reason you need to return an item, please email us at info@the-homeboutique.co.uk with the subject line "Refunds and exchanges" within 7 working days of the shipping date to arrange a refund.

Products must be returned unused and in the same condition that it was sent to you. We cannot make refunds for items that have been damaged by you after receipt. We will not be able to refund or exchange returned items where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.

Postage costs for all returned items are for the responsibility of you and we will not accept liability for any items sent without a certificate of postage.

In cases where you do not sign for the goods on delivery or for whatever reason, they are not accepted by you and returned, we will offer either to re-send the package (which will incur the original shipping charges again), or to refund the original payment minus the postage amount.
